Cirugía mayor para este cuate… Sorry pero la forma original de la cabeza no coincidía con mi diseño.

Major surgery for this dude… Sorry but the original shape of the head didn’t matched with my design.

Tuve que mandarlo al gimnasio para que se pusiera mas mamado, no mas que no pude evitar que tragara a lo wey y aumentara de peso y quedara como defensivo de la NFL.

I had to send him to the Gym for him to get strong, but i couldn’t stop him to eat like a beast and gain a lot of weight and look like a NFL linebacker.

Ahí ta el colmillo distintivo de esta criatura rara, y una pequeña modificación a los pies.

Here is the distinctive tusk is this rare creature, and a lil’ modification to the feet.

WIP photo of the full lips of Spraak, now it’s time to paint the inside before the huge tongue blocks my way in.

Tuve que recurrir al plan B y pintar el interior de la boca con pintura en spray, por que no mas pude pintarlo bien bien con el pincel.

I had to go with the plan B and paint the inside of the mouth with spray paint, because i couldn’t get the paintbrush to paint all over.

Este es mi primer custom en un juguete de vinyl, escogí el Teddy Trooper porque desde que descubrí el toy art y vi a este cabron, dije “A huevo!”. Este va a ser un fan de los NY Yankees con gran afro saliéndole de la gorra.

My first custom in an actual vinyl toy, I choose the Teddy Trooper because since I discovered the toy art and saw it, it made me say “Damn!”. This one is gonna be a NY Yankees fan with big afro hair coming out of his cap.

Tuve que pintarse algunas partes desde ahorita por que todavía voy agregarle el peinado afro y va a cubrir parte de los brazos… So, así es más fácil pintarle las palmas de las manos y la parte interior de las mangas, ya que cuando le esculpa el pelo, los brazos ya no van a poder girar.

Oh!, y esas manchas azules, están hechas con plumones de pintura KRINK, que la neta no más no me latieron, dejas un mejor acabado si utilizas pintura acrílica.

I had to paint some parts of it, because I’m still gonna add some afro hair and it’s gonna cover part of the arms… So, this way it’s easier to paint the palm of the hands and the inner part of the  sleeves, since after the hair is sculpted, the arms won’t rotate anymore.

Oh! and those blue spots, are made with KRINK paint markers, i really don’t like how they work, you give a better look if you use acrylic paint.

Señor Jalapeño, este es el nombre que la diseñadora de California Vanessa Ramirez le dio a este Spook personalizado. Este es el primer custom publicado (aparte del mio ). Una idea genial y gran calidad en la pintura y en el trabajo de escultura.

Hace unos días, JEMoores de California recibió 2 Spooks y decidió hacer un video de cómo desempacaba los juguetes, tons… aquí les dejo el video y lo que escribió como nota:

“I unbox 2 hand cast Spook DIY resin toys by Chamarro that come all the way from Mexico! I’m hoping to paint thesebefore Halloween, but we’ll see! The packaging is over the top for this little hand made ghost. One would never know this is not a production toy. Every bit is made one at a time by hand. Box, stickers, templates… I can’t bring myself to open the second, because I want to preserve it exactly as it is in the original box. Be sure to check out his work at link above!”

A few days ago, JEMoores from California receive 2 Spooks and decided to to make a video of him unpacking the toys, so… here is the video and what he wrote as note:

The 2 first Spooks have been sold! they were sent to the paradise islands of Hawaii (such an envy). These are the Spook package photos, i hadn’t published them yet for not to spoil the surprise to Jack… Let’s wait to see what kind of custom pop out of Jack’s head.
